Prashant Koranne, CEO
A Definite Optimist as he calls himself - Prashant Koranne fondly called as PK by colleagues & clients, is a seasoned professional with 20 plus years of experience in IT Governance, Training, Information Security, Data Centre Management & Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Management.
Along with a CISA certification and post-graduation in Finance & E-Business, PK holds an experience in variety of compliances viz. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000:2011, ISO 22301:2012, PCI DSS, SOX and SSAE 16. Prior to coming into consulting rivulet PK has handled several positions like CEO, CISO, Head of Compliance in the early part of his career. PK currently serves as an adviser and consultant to many private and public sector companies.
Deepak Bhalerao, Director Sales Strategy and Client Engagements
Deepak has worked at various levels in a reputed engineering group with a turnover of Rs.10000 crores as the Head of Sales & Marketing. With an experience of 35 years in the industry, he has an expertise in Business Turnaround Strategy & making business profitable.
Deepak has worked on standards like Quality Management, Information Security, Operational Health & Safety and TS16949.
He is a Certified Assessor by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for CII-EXIM Business Excellence Model. With Mechanical Engineering Background, & Commercial Industrial Exposure, is blend of Techno-Commercial expertise.
Colonel Sarang Kashikar, Director Human Resources & Training
Sarang , a former military officer is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in leading and managing security risks for the Indian army in high risk operational areas. He has an extensive experience of over 22 years in Assessing Risks and Executing mitigating strategies. He also has a rich experience in the complete cycle of Intelligence Operations. As a Qualified 'Interrogator', he has been instrumental in exposing a number of Anti- National Elements (ANEs) and bringing to light the covert networks.
As a trainer he was involved in developing scenarios and training middle level officers in finer aspects of risk, impact analysis and contingency planning for operations. He has been a mentor to large number of Middle level officers, who have now moved up in hierarchy in the Indian Army.
